Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within (3) days from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after passing (3) days. 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, excluding products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or CDs or software programs that have been used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software download products via the internet.
